Indoor Playground – Terms of Entry & Liability Waiver

Welcome to our indoor playground. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, entry to the premises is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk

• Use of the play equipment and facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and injuries.

• By entering the premises, all participants and supervising adults acknowledge and accept these risks.

2. Supervision

• Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

• Our staff are present to assist but are not responsible for supervising children.

 

3. Health & Safety

• Guests must not use the equipment if they are unwell or injured.

• Appropriate clothing must be worn (e.g., socks required on play equipment).

• No rough play, climbing on exterior structures, or misuse of equipment.

 

4. Liability Waiver

• To the fullest extent permitted under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Health and Safety at Work Act 2015:

• The venue, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, accident, or loss suffered while using the facilities

• Any loss or damage to personal belongings

 

5. Personal Belongings

• All personal items are brought onto the premises at the owner's risk. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

 

6. Photography & Media

• We may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to be included, please inform staff upon entry.

 

7. Right of Refusal

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with these rules or behaves in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.

 

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By entering the premises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
